Apologies in advance for another leaky post!
For the past 20 years the front lever-arm shocks - from WW auto- on my BJ7 never needed to be topped up, nor did they show any signs of leaking or weeping oil, until now. The right-front shows some signs of weeping oil at the shaft and took about a tablespoon (0.5 oz.) to top off. Could I continue monitoring and topping-off as needed? Does a lever-arm shock need replacing when it's just weeping oil?
BTW, the left side shock remains weep-free! Thanks, GONZO
