I am installing a rib case into my BE. I will use the rib case shift lever and I intended to install the anti-rattle kit offered by Moss, Part no. 462-850. Apparently the white bushing (461-824) is not available, all the other parts for installation, springs, o-ring, are available.
This bushing is not available at Austin Healey Spares nor at Frog Eye Spares. Apparently it may no longer be manufactured.
I assume this is a necessary part of the installation of the shift lever? Can the lever be installed without this bushing?

If anyone has leads on where to purchase I would be grateful for the information.

If anyone has this part and can 'loan' it to me I will measure and have a Swiss machinist friend make some up. If you can send me complete dimensions I might be able to use them as well.

Thanks all.
