Using all new harness. Did the fuse box, now the control Box. I've got two brown wires and I know one of them goes into Slot A....Wiring diagram shows second one to battery. Little confused here. Anyone have advice of picture?

Standard bugeye wiring diagram shows a brown wire from the fuse block to the "A" terminal of the regulator and then to the battery. Unless I'm missing something, this is the only brown wire I see in the diagram. I suspect you are probably looking at two ends of the same conductor.
