I finally finished the hardtop on the Mark II but I am still unclear on how the brackets just behind the door are to be used. Looks like a strap goes through them.

Can anyone shed light on how the middle brackets are to be used?

Little brackets go there with bolts to hold the top down.

Good looking aar - & hardtop!

Don't like that white grass though....
 
Does anyone have a picture of what the brackets and bolts look like?

I just used some ties that go through the conv. top slots on the car and the middle brackets on the top.
