Restoration Story - BN1/225574

doesn't the JME collapsible column need some welding to the bulkhead

Not sure about welding or whether it is bolted but Chris (at JME) said they would prefer to fit it because I believe a bracket is welded to the steering column (I may be wrong about this) which requires fairly accurate positioning to fit to the bodywork and with the variations in panel accuracy between cars allignment is best done on a car by car basis.
 
Brake kit is from A Head 4 Healeys. Had a few 'challenges' with it mainly due to the mix and match of early and late suspension bits I had on the car but Keith (at AH4H) was a great help letting me swap out bits and try them until it all fitted together. I'm lucky that they are only about an hour away from me.
