Firstly, does anyone know if/when the Restoration Guide will be available in hardcopy?

Secondly, in the interim I have downloaded a softcopy from Google Books and if anyone else would like a copy they can do likewise or else send me a PM and I'll fwd a link. I have compiled it into a .pdf of 32MB but it is missing a couple of paged towards the end as Google Books doesn't allow full texts.

Andy.

If this is the Anderson/Moment book I have one that is like new and no longer needed. Chance to grab it before it goes to ebay. Bob
