Replacing front shocks, torque setting?

I'm replacing my front shocks along with the bushings, fulcrum pins, castellated nuts, and cotter pins. My question is, what is the torque setting for the castellated nut on the fulcrum pin? Couldn't find it in the workshop manual.

No torque setting. That is why there is a castle nut. Tighten it until the split pin can be properly installed.
