Replacing BJ7 Dash - Detailed Photos/Schematics

I am replacing the dashboard in my 1963 MK ll. I have the parts and am about to dive in replacing the BJ8 wood dash that was installed at some point in the cars past. I am looking for some detailed photos or schematics of how the BJ7 dash should look and where all the switches should go...I also wonder if any of the switches were the toggle type switches or were they all "push pull" variety?

Any help would be appreciated.

You can get a good idea of what goes where with the small hand book as well. Most switches were push pull, one with a slight twist as well - lights. The only toggle type switch is the Overdrive one.

Here are a few pictures from assembly.

Cold air and heater vent are push/pull; choke is a pull/push, heater blower motor is a switch, OD is a switch, lights and wiper are pull/push, starter is a button, key is a switch, dash light is a switch under DR side dash.

Hope this helps.
