Here ya go. Take the projectile out of a .40 S&W. Place the powder end of the brass case w/ powder into the bushing. Strike the primer cap with a nail and hammer. :hammer: Next, go have the bushing removed from your forehead at the emergency room. Take the bushing with you when you leave the hospital so you can match it up at the parts store. Might want to take a few advil before you try this. :jester:

You've done before this haven't you?

Do you have to put wadding in the shell after you pull the projectile? Won't the powder fall out? All I have is Ram Set shells. Will they work?

No wadding, gotta tilt it. You'll have to make an adapter for the ramset shells. I suggest duct tape. Stick with the big brass tho. IIRC, ramset might just uses the primer as a charge. You need enough force to get it out and jam it in your forehead. If not, you might lose the bushing.

If you insist on a wadding, just cut the shot end off of a .410 shell. The brass will stick out past the bushing, so make sure you wrap your hand around it tight. Don't want no gas to escape out of a busted side.

If you do it just right, you might get it lodged in your palm instead of your head.

Oh, I almost forgot. Don't forget to use ear plugs; safety first! :yesnod:

:hammer: :jester:

 Well, I finally found time to replace the pilot bearing this morning. I tried the EZ out, and it worked brilliantly. a twist or two to get the teeth to bite and it popped right out - EZily.
