Replacing 12 front bushings today

First thing I see are rubber pieces where the shock arm can hit the frame - one is gone the other is mostly gone.
I need replacements but don't know what they are called so can't find them in a catalog.
Anybody help?

I am assuming 2 sets each for the inner A frame joints.
I am not totally sure where the other set is going.
Anyone got diagrams or pictures or clear step by step?

For some reason I've misplaced my Midget manual again, terrible timing on my part.

Got it - someone sent me the page from the manual.

Oh yeah, and the rubber parts are rebound buffers in case anyone else is wondering.

Help!
This is terrible, the trunnion bushing on the passenger side was seriously bad as in mostly non existent when I removed it.
I put in the new bushing then I did the same on the drivers side.
Something seemed wrong, so I didn't mess with the other bushings at all I just put the springs back in and put the tires on.
The passenger side is way wrong now.
Here is a picture, can anyone give me a clue what's going on here?
The bushing on that side (the part remaining) didn't even look like the correct part. It had no flange, just a metal tube with a bit of rubber around it. This is really really bad.

Turn trunnion 180 degrees, rookie mistake (don't ask me how I know

we've all done it.

Oh that's embarrassing, but delightful at the same time!

So much that I had to say it twice!!

 welcome to the club

And it is a big club.

BTDT at least twice. But I knew what was wrong the second time around. So Rick now that you've seen how bad the rubber bushings are, are you ready to replace the fulcrum pins bushings yet? It will make a world of difference in how your Midget drives and goes where you tell it to go.

A bit at a time Jim, I'll have my shed up by the end of the month (I hope) so there will be a place out of the weather for me to work.

The side that had the correct trunnion bushings in place wasn't worn nearly as bad as the side that had one inner A arm bushing instead of the shorter pair of trunnion bushings - go figure. Who would of thought that using the correct parts makes things better.

Lets hear it for the DPO!

Here's a drawing I went by when I refitted the bits & pieces.

And you thought just because someone drew it, it was correct. LOL

Now you know. Job went to lowest bidder.

That picture is correct. The shock link goes OUTSIDE of the spindle. It goes together easier to the inside. Which pushes the top of the wheel out.

I have done it myself- scratched my head for about an hour before i figured out what was wrong.

Heh - I should have said -
This is the drawing I was going by and it worked great on the drivers side.
Wish I had consulted it on the passenger side as well.
