Repairing BE Washer Pump

I was able to pull the BE Washer Pump from my parts car on Saturday. I recall someone posting a How To Fix article for these awhile back that IIRC was simply replacing a washer or something like that. Anyone got a link to a How To Fix for washer pump?

Jim,

I took mine apart to fix it and it turned out the problem was the check valve. They also need a check valve in the bottle to work.

Unfortunately, the other post referenced in my blog is gone. The easy fix is to get a pair of check valves from an aquarium store and set them up so that the pump can only suck from the bottle and only blow through the nozzles.

David any tips on taking it apart? Appears as if can needs to unbent as things are stuck.

David are you referring to your Blog?
