removing wiper bezels

the nut to remove both bezels are really frozen . left one after attemps to remove now spins with the threaded stem still in place. the right moves slightly also with the threaded stem. any insite would be greatly accepted

Cut it off, save what you can. The nuts and bezels are available, new, nicely chromed. Ahh, the nut that is.
 
Use a dremel tool or one of those cheap sets for $9.99 from harbor freight like I did and carefully grind through the nuts like I did and dont damage the threads of the part that sticks through or the bezels and new nuts are only about 3 bucks a piece.
