Removing the $@#! rear hub oil seals

So I'm back at work on the Tunebug for the first time since about October. I'm trying to get the rear hubs back in shape. I've got them both disassembled with just the oil seal to go. I'm having a devil of a time trying to get it out. I keep pulling out a few little bits of it, but it just doesn't want to budge as a unit.

Thoughts? Methods I should try? It's soaking in some PB Blaster right now.

I don't remember mine being hard at all. Maybe melt/burn it out?

Careful application of a larger hammer did the trick...

Way to go Drew. Big hammer and a punch works great
