This is shown on the wiring diagram for the late US market MGBs. Might be different for your car, depending on the year.

Ignition:
C1=30 Brown
C2=87 White/Brown
W1=85 White
W2=86 Black

Starter:
C1=30 Brown
C2=87 Brown/White
W1=85 Double White/Red
W2=86 Black
