I need the help of one of our brilliant EE's.
I installed a Delco alternator on my '79 and it is overcharging. Volts will run up over 15 before regulation kicks in. I wired per Paul Tegler's instructions here https://teglerizer.com/alternator/wiring.htm
If I mixed the sense and the light wires up, would that cause this condition? If not, is there something I can do to lower my output? Would putting a big resistor on the sense line work?
