Redlines - Where to buy

Apart from Coker, where Redlines available? Probable size needed is the usual 185x15.

I also seem to recall a company that added redlines to tires and even a DIY approach that painted a narrow whitewall with red.

Sorry for such a basic question but I was unable to get the search function to yield anything.

There was an earlier topic about a member who used vinyl paint I believe to hand paint the tire that at last report seemed to be holding up.
