Hi guys - can you give me quick refresher on this if I may ask? Can I build up the A-arms/pan and everything on the swivel pin before actually mounting it all on the car?

Yes. I would build the swivel pin and lower A frame and install that as a unit.The only thing to watch for is when installing the swivel pins make sure you screw them on so the slot for the shock and A frame bolts are centered. Bob
