Recomendations for Machine shop In Boston area

Hello all:

I had posted some ?'s about buying a supposedly re-built tr250/6 motor that had been stored for 20 years. Well just got back with truckload of stuff including a tranny, hubs, hydraulics, driveshaft, gauges... The motor was repainted, so? But it was stored indoors. We only had to lightly use a screwdriver to turn it over & from then on could do it by hand.

Anyhow, anyone recomend someone who could tear it down & check out the internals, hopefully to find it was a decent rebuild & just needed cleaning up & new gaskets.

Any recomendations in the New England area would be appreciated. My current motor isn't bad, so I don't want to spend a fortune on this one. A local shop quoted me $1000 just to tear down & re-assemble, as long as there was no machine work! What a rip off!
