Hi folks. As the weather has been cool and rainy here in Connecticut, I started a few "improvements" on my 76B. Here's a before and after pic of the engine bay change over the last 2 weeks.

I've rewebbed and padded the seats, got the courtesy light working, replaced the Weber water choke with the proper electric choke, replaced the leaking heater core and refinished the box (man that is a PAIN), and cleaned up the engine bay.

It's no big thing to most of you guys, but I'm kinda proud of my B!

Tom

HOLLY CRAP!

talk about clean! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

On a good day my engine bay would look like your first picture! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Good work! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Nice job! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
Now, if you have any free time, I can load up a few more and bring 'em your way. They're Spridgets, so it should only be half as much work!
Jeff

Looks good, mine looks worse in the engine compartment than your first picture.

Really nice job, you must be very patient and have a really good back. Great, Wayne

I would be ashamed to show my engine bay! Wanna come out to the Coast and do a gratis cleanup for me? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/lol.gif

I would be proud of that job too!
