I have the new bushings, new springs, a pair of Peter C's rebuilt shocks and other bits. The new wheel bearings and a few other parts will be here Monday.
So, I have been taking it apart and starting to clean for painting.
Did I need all the new parts? Maybe not but by doing all this work I have found a few things not properly assembled, a few parts that really should have been replaced, AND I found the cotter key missing on the drivers side wheel bearing nut.
I think I will check more of the PO's work!
BTW - Unless someone might want them, I plan on tossing the old front springs. They only have 38,000 miles and stand even to the same height, 9-3/4". If someone wants them you can have them for shipping cost.
