Rebuilding rear hubs

Has anyone ever used The Roadster Factory to get their rear hubs rebuilt? If so how was their service and quality of work. Thanks

Jerry,
My rear hubs and differential were rebuilt by TRF. No complaints whatsoever. Spensive, but worth it. They even drilled and tapped the diff so I could change the lubricant.
Remember to check where the hubs bolt into the aluminum trailing arm. Triumph did a poor job of designing these in that you have fine-thread bolts going into soft aluminum. Not a good combination. Several of mine had been JBWelded in by the SPO. I tapped em all and HeliCoiled each bolt nice and securely.

Jerry,
I had my rear hubs rebuilt by Scott Howell at High Point Imports in North Carolina. He has been doing this for years, provides a 12 month written warranty and charges $330/pair. I'm not knocking TRF but there are alternatives. I can provide contact info if you need it.

Scott Howell at High Point Imports does great work at the right price, 3 day turnaround, painted and looking like new. Nfi, just another happy customer.

What is so difficult about rebulding the rear hubs? I have never attempted to do it so I don't know what is involved. I have redone my front hubs and overall it wasn't bad once the races were out.

The rears are a whole different animal. Requiring the proper Churchill tool or a large press, some fore thought on supporting the flanges and patience.
