Rebuilding a BE horn

Does anyone know of a person or shop that might rebuild a Bugeye original horn? I took my horn apart today after many soakings of PB Blaster to free up the screw only to find much rust. There is still a good casing and interior, but it is very rusted.
Thanks,
Charlie

Drill out the rivets, take it apart, clean it up, make new gaskets out of a brown paper bag, pop rivet it back together.
Usually it's just rust and corrosion, if the coil is not fried, you can rebuild it.
