A hardware store?
 
Moss Motors has them and so does British Racing Green. As a matter of fact I just bought a pair from BRG for my 63 BJ7 last week.
 
I bought a pair of stainless ones at the local hardware store. Just bring your screw to the hardware store and find one that's the same size. A lot cheaper there too.

Get them from a SS supply house 10 X 32 will work
