Rear license plate shroud holes location

I have lost the location of the two holes for the rear license plate because I had to weld in a plate there. Could somebody please reply with a measurement from the trunk lip down to the top of the license plate bracket?

Cheers,
Andy.

I would have wondered the same thing but after repairing the rear shroud and making it so smooth, I couldn't force myself to drill any holes in that beautiful rear panel. So I decided to make a bracket that hangs the plate off of the bumper and uses the same bolts as the number plate light. I also rerouted the wiring to prevent having to drill a hole for them as well. I punched a hole in the right bumper bracket grommet and made an extension harness wrapped entirely in heat shrink tubing. All clean and totally reversible if someone ever felt the need to be 100% correct and drill 3 ugly holes in the rear shroud.

I appreciate Jim Haleyblu work, but if you are orthodox here the measurement (approximative) refereed at the two central rivetsTARGAIMGP2005A.jpg all in cm
Cheers

Thanks Andrea for the measurements.

Jim- yes I know what you mean. I still have the wiring hole there and a bracket so it'll soon be three holes.

Cheers,
Andy.
