Rear End Question

Liked the earlier question about rear ends. Yep, it caught my attention. My '80 LE is leaking rear end fluid from the passenger rear side. Noted it when the drums were opened for brake inspection during state inspection a couple of weeks ago. Anyone ever tackle replacing the seals? Any tips will be appreciated.

Just don't tap the new ones all the way in because they will leak. Notice where the shiny spot is on the mateing surface and just tap them to there. You might also take some emory cloth or fine sand paper to that area using rotating motion around the shaft. Or you could replace that part which is the oil seal collar number 91 on the Moss drawing.
