Rear end creaking [making me crazy]

I replaced the rear trailing arm bushings with urethane when I had my frame welded. I had previously put on TRF's uprated springs. On the driver's side I now have an incredibly annoying creaking. I can't figure out if it's the bushings or the springs. The springs have the rubber TRF pads top & bottom.

Slip the springs back out and put in a cutting from a plastic milk jug between the spring and seat. Should quiet things down if that is where the noise is.

The urethane bushes will do that too. Remove and put some anti-seize on them. Should take care of problem.

I also recently had a creaking noise coming from the rear end. It turned out to be the support bar that goes across the boot underneath the car. I tightened it up and away went the noise. Just my 2 cents.
