I have 470lb/in on the back and 390lb/in on the front, with telescopic Konis all round. I measured the ride height at all four corners after I installed them and it was high at the left front and low at the right rear. I installed a 1/2" spacer on the rear right spring and it levelled the car up nicely. Are you still going to use 250lb/in on the front with an anti-roll bar?
It depends how you intend to use the car. As you know we have been on some long trips with the two of us plus about 100lbs of luggage. (and about 10lb of oil on the last trip!). The car has been perfectly comfortable and very rarely bottoms out. As I have said on the forum before, you need to remember that both front and rear springs are mounted part way along the wishbones and trailing arms, so the wheel rate is about 2/3 of the spring rate.
Thanks guys....
Experimenting in the shed ATM, ride height etc.....250lb x10" on the front with 1/2" packers
320lb x10" on the rear with 3/4" packers.
Yet to fit shockers and test drive to determine if they are too soft...[especially the rears].
