TR6 Rear Bumper removal 1970 TR6

Disassembling my car and the front bumper came off in a snap. How does the rear bumper come off? All 4 bolts keep turning and don't come out. Doesn't feel like there is a nut behind that is turning with the bolt. Nor is there enough room to get a wrench in there and surly not with a hand.
 
Got, the two nuts for the back section are knurled pressed fit. Once they start turning you'll have to get a wrench in there or just cut the head off the bolt. The two side pieces have a captive square nut in a cage behind that bracket. Once 'they' start turning, you will have too get creative.
Sorry that the best I can do....
That's Rust-Oleum Hammered paint I used to cover the backside after I had them chromed.

OK now I understand the previous post about forcing a screw driver to wedge the nut to get the bolt to turn. I think before I go through all that effort I'll just cut the head off.
