I have a jule frame also and used a lot of these. I got them at Ace Hardware and they are made of zinc coated steel in sizes from 1/4 to half inch. Getting the half inch to compress is tough. But they are holding on my front sway bar and other bits and pieces. I think the rubber pads under the axle are not under much stress so the smaller sizes will work fine.
