Rear Axel Drain Plug Tool?

I could not find a tool to fit the square fitting on the fill or drain plug. I ended up grinding down a 3/8" to 1/2" socket adaptor to fit.

What does anyone else use?

I replaced the drain plug with one that is made to take a 3/8" Allen wrench. Prior to that, I had made one out of some 9/16" round stock I had laying around, just machined a 7/16" square on one end, and then bent it 90 degrees, like an Allen wrench.

British Car Specialist sells one but it will probably cost more for shipping than the tool. It's just a 1 1/4 inch long piece of square rod you put a wrench on. I'd try a welding shop and have them cut you a piece and have them bend it like an allen wrench.
