Finally got all the bits together again, with the spin on filter, tidied up the rear hubs and around the front discs ( rotors) with nice red paint to match the car and took her out, going well when there was a cough from the engine and then a sound like one of your V8 hemi's - really growly, limped home to find that the compression has gone in number 4 pot. Soooo it's head off time to see what has gone wrong now, I am guessing burnt out valve but can not be sure. Watch this space.
First job is to erect the lifting beam in the garage, that has been lying around the drive way for ages, she who must be obeyed has been banging on about it for ages so here is the chance to kill 2 birds with one stone as it were.
I've got to get it back on the road, we are booked in at Goodwood members car park for this years Revival, can't waste all that moula without turning up eh!
