My BE hood is in great shape except at some point it was stained by what appears to be dirt but I can't clean it off by normal means.

Any recommendations on a good quality vinyl restorer?
 
I like ~303~

My 10 year old Miata (always outside) still has a decent top due (I think) to this stuff.
 
I removed silver wheel paint a few years ago from my top with WD-40. It is a great cleaner also!
