Here's a little 1500 Midget for sale on Craigslist.
I wouldn't give it a second look except the wheels.
What are they?

Exactly what I thought.
I have seen chromed Rostyles before, look almost like that - but notice the spinners?
 
The spinner just look like caps.. see the lug nuts too? ... I'm no expert, but Cragar sure seems correct.

Yep, they are Crager SS, but I don't believe the caps are original. I have a set of these with original caps and the SS logo is boldly engraved (not a decal or glue on plastic center.)
