Are you going to use the MegaSquirt system? If so have you decided on a throttle body? I know that bike parts are popular in the UK, usually Suzuki due to cost and availability, but there is also a Ducati TB that is a good match too. I have gone 1/2 way and installed a MegaJolt ignition, the only real challange was fitting the Ford trigger wheel to the harmonic balancer, but in Europe you have more choices as well as trick VR sensor mounts too.
Once I get my 11 up and running, my next project is to go with dual TB's and the MegaSquirt since I am 1/2 way there already.
