I don't think I mentioned this here before, but who knows, maybe this is just what someone is looking for. It belongs to friend of mine, and he has no use for it, it came with a new race engine he bought, and needless to say he doesn't use the 210 tranny in the race car.
It a aluminum adpater back engine plate, that bolts onto a 1098 engine, and comes with a aluminum flywheel, both part have been shelfed for many years but I don't bleive they have ever been ran on. it comes with a aluminum flywheel as well. The aluminu flywheel is off the Datsun 210 and was adapted to bolt on the 1098, so that means you would use the 210 starter, and clutch. If you're looking to do a 1098 with a 210 5spd tranny, this is what you are looking for. I have to chack with my firend, but it can bought for less than a new flywheel cost, he love to get $300 for the pair.
