We had the pre-launch event at the dealership on Thursday and Friday last week. They did a great job with this, I think it'll be a success.

It drives nicely, feels planted on the road and the turbo-charged 2.0 four doesn't seem underpowered, at least not to me. Compared to my old Bimmer it's sprightly enough.
 
Looks like it will appeal to the masses, Steve.

I've already expressed an opinion about oversize wheels and undersized tire sidewalls - cars look like oversized Hot Wheels toys nowadays!

But I wonder now about the trend to squash the roof down to where windows are becoming slits. Not having driven one of these, I can't speak from experience. But it seems to me that visibility is severely compromised. Less is not more, in this case!

Still, not a bad looking crossover.
