Randy's Healey pictures links...

Not sure how much, if any, interest there was in these, but just before the old forum went down, I had listed all the (known...) Healey album links in my gallery for the thread Reid started about the All Brit car show in Safety Harbor (October 27, 2012).

Many of these albums have additional albums "embedded" in them; the album on "xmsn" (transmission) for example, contains separate albums for disassembly, polymer coating, reassembly (trans & overdrive) and eventually, the installation. Some are just collections of pictures at car shows, but by and large, they are primarily technical images of the work any of us would be doing on our cars for either restoration or maintenence.

Since I've finally been able to get set up with my own server (in my own house, after a decade of someone else hosting them) I do not anticipate the web addresses to change, although the site does go down from time to time, resulting from local utility power fluctuations (I keep telling myself to get a UPS, but do I listen...?).

I'd like to get around to breaking out the embedded albums and putting descriptions of them individually, but that will be a work in progress. For the meantime, here they are:

Thank you! Yes, having the O/S updated wreaked havoc with ALL the URLs :( For a while, everything I uploaded since 2018 was in limbo, but those files (some 26,000 images) were recovered from a cache folder, but they are SCATTERED as far as to what album they were initially uploaded to. I haven't yet discovered the least time-consuming way to go about straightening that out, but at least they're not gone forever!

Thank you Michael, glad you got that all set up, see you tomorrow

The gallery, regardless of the servers that have hosted it over the last couple of decades, has always had the same web address that Hans posted: spcarsplus.com Put Healey in the search function at the bottom of the LH column and it will at least get you to the bulk of the Healey content, then if you open the resulting drop-down menu labeled "ALBUMS FOUND" you might be able to find a more specific album to look though. Good luck!

Randy--

See my email of this afternoon.
