No problem taking the left one out. Been working on putting it back in for about 2 hrs. now. Is there a trick as to how it's possible to put both bolts in? Doesn't seem possible with new tight bushings. All help appreciated. 1959 Bugeye

thanks....they slide in fine. Just need to be aligned exactly to fit.

There is a removable spacer at each end, and the welded one. Be sure you have them set so that the arm is straight, not cocked.

I did this recently, twice, don't ask me why, and I found if you leave the spring bolts loose, it helps. After everything is in, then tighten stuff up. I usually will put the rear tires on the ramps, that way the items are loaded more likewhen they are on the ground, before I do the final tighten.
Good luck,

Thanks all. I found the trick is to put the jackstands under the spring brackets. Put the Jack under the diff, and then lower the diff below the height of the spring brackets. Gives you lost of room to remove and to install the new arms.
