Anyone here buy one of those Aluminum radiators off of ebay. My stock radiator developed a leak over the cold winter. I am tired of leading the supports to the radiator, so I was considering trying the Aluminum idea. Anyone with any experiences, I would appreciate your input.

No but there are more than a few who've used a GeoMetro Radiator in place of a stock radiator. You can find a triple core radiator new for somewhere in the $120-150 range on line. Or follow Frank C. recommendations on junkyard radiators for < $50 if a member of the "We Tight" Club. Search the archives here but I know on Sprite Spot under Cooling Section there are several Pics Frank C posted on using a GeoMetro Radiator, It all depends on the degree of originality needed and aren't those aluminum radiators in the $500 range?
 
I think there are some $150 aluminum crossflow radiators on EBay.

This is what I was asking about. Paint it black and way we go. As far as originality is concerned yes, I am into it. In this case I was thinking of a slight improvement. GeoMetro radiators don't to much for me. So any of you have axperience with the $150 to $200 dollar Aluminum radiators form ebay. And yes I know there are sveral different suppliers, this is a general question.
 
I can't remember for sure what model but there is a Toyota radiator that is exactly the right size (Tercel?) to modify the Bugeye radiator with. The goal is Toyota core + upper/lower tanks off the BE radiator. Looks stock, functions better. The Bugeye Barn guy in Australia figured that out. Not really cost effective to ship radiators to and fro though. I looked into it a few years ago. If there's a radiator shop in your area, I don't see why they couldn't do it.

Gundy, are you using the pusher fan with the stock fan? Or just the pusher?
I've been drooling over that radiator for some time. Wish I could afford it, and justify the cost.

Just the 'lectric . Manual switch.
