I saw this radiator on Ebay and wondered did the very early cars not have the extension on the radiator.

I can tell you that some late TR4s did not have the extension.

Looks like a radiator for a late TR4... no long neck, no crank hole.

Those did not have an expansion tank or recovery bottle though I added a bottle to mine so it the radiator is always full.
