So, I'm watching the SCCA runoffs H class in Kansas. (on TV BTW) A ton of Spridgets! which leads me to a couple of questions

1. How many people do we know - if any?

2. How many Hap engines?

3. The head lights of the BE's in particular don't appear to match - camera?

thanks all - much fun to watch

Oh and Brian Linn just spun out his Midget at the end handing the championship to a Spit /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cryin.gif /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wall.gif

Prob one of the headlight openings is being used for air.

makes much more sense than my idea - thanks

Ahhh, cool. Put the camera in the second one.

Oh yea, a Spridget hubcap blocks off the open headlight openings just right.

I met Brian and what a nice guy. He was renting the car and it featured a 1098 for H production and a 1275 for F production, both Huffakar motors. He spun 4 corners from the finish of H production while leading and in F production had what I thought was the race of the runoffs with Jessie Prather in his Miata. When I saw the tape, I was amazed that they only changed the lead 20 times, but there was a lot of side by side racing that one didn't pass the other. Good clean racing where each allowed the other his line.

it was pretty great to watch thats for sure - and they never touched
