Don't know if many others on here are fans, but Captain Beefheart passed away yesterday at the age of 69.

rats. I saw a CD of "The Spotlight Kid" last week in a used CD store and DIDN'T buy it. Goin' back t'morrow and get it. For now th' vinyl will have to do.

Wow, I saw that yesterday, and figured that no one else would even know who he was. Should a known better. The company we keep here is truly first rate.
