We were up in Geneva NY at the north end of Seneca Lake today, and I passed a car for sale in someones front yard that I could not identify. So on the way back through we stopped to have a look. It was a 2001 Qvale Mangusta. also badged in Italy as a DeTomasso Mangusta. My guess on the way through the first time was that it was one of the new MGs that made in the early 2000s, but it didn't look right. Come to find out, the reason I thought that was because the Mangusta was the platform they used for the MG.
According to the display board on the car, it was one of just a couple hundred built.
Pics soon. they are trapped on my phone untill I have time to upload. Off to a family picnic!
