I have had the carb off so many times now my head is spinning.

Does a 1500 have a gasket (other than the "spacer") between the carb and the manifold?

Before I tear the garage apart, I need to know

The ZS150CD should have a gasket on each side of the spacer.
At least now you can do the entire job in less than 15 mins...
