TR6 Question - which bolt for heater return pipe bracket

I've ordered a new SS pipe from Moss. This one wasn't attached when I bought the car.

Is the one next to the bracket the correct bolt or the one above?

On my car looks like it’s the uppermost bolt on that side. The third bolt up from the starter. The pipe should be essentially level.

Pipe should be essentially parallel with the block deck. You can sight along the core plugs.
