Where were moving to in Oklahoma, there is no cable and possibly poor Internet connections. Dish network has an Internet Satellite hook up for a fair price, if it's truly high speed! Anyone have or had any experience with this setup? PJ

My brother-in-law lives in the boonies in East Texas and uses satellite internet. Very quick. But pays through the nose.

I had Hughes net until was able to get DSL. It is costly. IT may be you only option depending were you live.

Another option is 3G. I have a Millenicom account that feeds off Verizon and it's been pretty decent. My cap is at 20gb/month and the speed isn't too bad, considering. OK has a lot of dead areas though.

You pay a flat rate for a set amount of gigabytes. Then you pay out the nose for everything over. Forget watching short clips or visiting facebook!
