My differential drain plug leaks just a little bit. Do I use something like teflon tape on the threads to stop this?

Yep

A little teflon tape will do the trick

Cheers

Your car will freak out and just keep driving through the wall as it won't know it's time to stop. :jester:

Teflon tape will do it.

Clean the plug and threads off well, apply the tape to the plug threads.

Worked like a charm on mine. :yesnod:

I'll have plenty of other places to have leaks from.

Thanks all for the tips. Teflon tape it is.

BTW. that plug is a 7/16 square drive. I ground down two sides of a old 1/2 drive extension to make one.....
