question about moss seat kit

So am I reading this right? All you get in the kit for $400 is the vinyl? It does not have any other seat components? I currently have nothing for the seats, no rails, brackets, nothing. What are my best options without spending $2000?

I have about a grand in my seats, with all good steel parts from ebay, padding and covers from Moss. They turned out great, but darn the price hurt. And now the worst thing in that when pinning the corners, the seats have crap for side support and the seat backs flex, so they support poorly. Or just fine when going in a straight line. If you drive hard, look into Miata seats. If you want original, suck it up and drop some cash.
 
Thanks guys, I actually just got REALLY lucky. A guy was cleaning out his garage and sold me 2 whole seats for $30. Yeah, $30.00...They obviously need to be re-upholstered, but it was still a steal.

If anyone is in the Twin Cities, check out his craigslist post for really cheap parts. There is a full dash, gauges, switches, and wire hardness included for $130!
