When you're posting, click on the little blue screen icon above the text field, fifth from the left. Paste the Youtube URL in the field that pops up and Bob's yer uncle!

You must be in the "full editor " (Not the quick editor at the botton of threads - just start a new thread or click a reply button on any post and it will open the advanced "full" editor. Then, simply click the video icon in the upper part of the editor. Looks like this:

A bot will pop up when you paste in the URL to the video. That's it.
 
Though sometimes it doesn't always work .
Sometimes ya need to fiddle with it
