TR2/3/3A Pushrod tubes

Am replacing the 8 pushrod tubes. Moss calls for "swage the tube ends to the head then seal with Loktite Blue". Are there any techniques or issues I need to know to do this correctly? There are several swage tools. Recommendations?

I've never had to replace those. The only thing I can add is, as with all locktite types, make sure all the oil and grease is cleaned before applying.

Thanks, Hamish. I'm going to try doing that on the top of the tubes. If that doesn't stop the leaking then I will have to remove the head and take it in to the machinist to tap in the new tubes. He will swage both ends and then use something called Indian Head Lacquer. He said it is more appropriate than the Loktite Blue or Green recommended by others. Fingers crossed.

Just make sure the ball is properly oversized. You don’t want any chance of it being lost in the tube !!
I found this gasket fluid here in the Uk eventually really great stuff.
